Joanne Kelly

Hi and welcome to Dance Dynamics

I started dancing at the early age of 2, and since then I have danced every week of my life! During my dancing career I have been fortunate enough to be given opportunities to compete both on the Isle of Man and in the UK, being selected to represent the Island in the Junior Ballroom Dance Championships on several occasions. As a child I always wanted to grow up to be a dance teacher, and after having children of my own I decided it was time to take that step in my career. Studying under the instruction of Jayne Hill, my lifelong dance teacher, I was successful in qualifying as an Associate member of the International Dance Teachers Association and have since then gained further experience teaching both adults and children. I am currently studying towards the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance, which will qualify me to become a registered teacher with the RAD.

Being a Nursery Nurse within the Department of Education, and a mother of 3, working with people, especially children, is my passion, and combining this with dancing is a dream come true! I have created Dance Dynamics as a way of providing other people, both young and old, with the opportunities I was given to express myself in a fun and inspiring way. Providing a positive environment in which to learn will allow people to explore their creativity and build their confidence. I believe that dancing is an exhilarating experience and your enthusiasm will make your experience flourish.

Hope to see you dancing and thank you for visiting dancedynamicsiom.co.uk
